Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you pre-order or buy a Peppy Pet Plant product from our website.

Consumer rights come first. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights you have under mandatory Irish or EU consumer law.

1. About Peppy

Peppy Pet Plant is an early-stage product produced in small batches in Dublin, Ireland. Product features, compatibility information and Founder benefits are described on the product page. Planned future features are subject to development and testing unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Pre-orders and production

Where a product is labelled “pre-order”, payment secures a production slot rather than an item ready for immediate dispatch. The product page states the current expected dispatch timeframe. We will contact you if a material delay occurs. Your statutory rights relating to late or non-delivery remain unaffected.

3. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on the website are in euro. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we confirm the order, subject to availability and any right we may have to cancel and refund an order where fulfilment is impossible or there is an obvious pricing/error issue.

4. Delivery

Current delivery destinations and charges are shown on the website and at checkout. Peppy remains responsible for the goods while they are being delivered by a carrier arranged by us until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, subject to applicable law.

5. Wi‑Fi and compatibility

Peppy is designed for standard 2.4 GHz home Wi‑Fi. Networks requiring captive portals, separate web logins or enterprise authentication may not be compatible. Please review the compatibility information before ordering and contact us if you are unsure.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Returns, Refunds & Pre-orders Policy forms part of these terms. It explains pre-order cancellations, the statutory cooling-off period, change-of-mind return costs and faulty goods.

7. Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of the quality consumers can reasonably expect. If a Peppy is faulty, your statutory remedies under Irish consumer law apply. Please contact us at peppypetplant@gmail.com.

8. Founder features

Founder status applies to the first 46 qualifying Peppy units as described on the website and is intended to remain attached to those Founder units. Founder benefits currently described on the product page include Founder-only emotion drops during Early Access, Peppy App access when the app launches, early access to selected new features, direct founder support and Founder updates. Digital benefits, app availability, release cadence and future feature timing depend on development, testing and technical availability and may evolve as Peppy develops. This does not affect the statutory rights attached to the physical product you purchase.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including mandatory consumer protections. Peppy is a plant-care aid and does not guarantee the health or survival of a plant; plant health can depend on many conditions outside the product’s control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law, without depriving consumers living elsewhere in the EU of mandatory protections available to them under applicable consumer law.
