Peppy is a smart plant pot with a built-in display and sensors. You plant directly inside it — no external sensors, no clips, no stands. The pot monitors your plant's condition and shows how it feels through animated expressions on its screen.
Does it need to be plugged in?

Yes, Peppy needs to be connected to a power source. It works with a standard plug or a power bank — so you can place it anywhere near an outlet or use a portable battery for flexibility.
Do I need to download an app?

No app is required for normal use. Peppy uses guided setup and standard 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi. We continue validating setup across different real-world home network configurations during Early Access.
What plants can I use with Peppy?

Peppy works best with small to medium indoor houseplants. It supports a growing list out of the box — Pothos, Cactus, Snake Plant, Peace Lily, Monstera and more. If yours isn't listed, choose "Other Plant" during setup, send us the name and we'll add it within 48 hours — delivered to your Peppy automatically.
Does it work with any pot?

Peppy IS the pot — you plant directly inside it. The soil sensor is built in and sits in the soil alongside your plant's roots. It works best with small to medium houseplants.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?

Peppy Founder pre-orders ship from Dublin to Ireland and EU countries. The current production round is expected to dispatch in approximately 3–4 weeks. Shipping is €9 within Ireland and €25 to EU countries and is shown at checkout. UK and worldwide shipping are not available for this first Early Access batch. Questions about your country? In the box: Peppy smart plant pot and USB power cable. A wall power adapter is not included. You can power Peppy with a compatible USB wall adapter or power bank. Add your plant and soil and you’re ready to set up Peppy.
What do Peppy Founders get?

The first 46 Peppys receive a unique Founder number (#1–#46), permanent Founder status, exclusive Founder emotions released throughout Early Access, unlimited access to the Peppy App when it launches, early access to new features, a say in selected future Peppy emotions and features, direct support from Monique and behind-the-scenes Founder updates. Will the price go up after Early Access?

What if my plant is not listed?

Choose "Other Plant" during setup and send us the plant name. We'll add its care profile within 48 hours and deliver it to your Peppy automatically. This applies when the plant can be clearly identified from the name provided.
What Wi-Fi does Peppy need?

Peppy is designed for standard 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi. Networks that require a separate web login or enterprise authentication — such as some hotels, student accommodation and shared networks — may not be supported. If you are unsure about your home network, email us before ordering.
Can I cancel or return my Peppy?

Yes. Pre-orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period starting when the goods are received. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct return postage. Faulty goods are handled separately under Irish consumer law, and Peppy covers applicable return costs for faulty products.
